Dining
The rooftop kitchen
Regional food, open sky, and the ridgeline of Sinhagad in the distance — dinner here is the reason most guests stay a second night.
The restaurant
Pure vegetarian, cooked to order
The kitchen keeps to regional Maharashtrian cooking with North Indian favourites alongside — thalis, tandoor, and plenty for children. Seating is on the open rooftop when the weather allows, and indoors when it doesn't.
