Terms of your stay
Everything guests usually ask before arriving, in one place. Rate-specific terms are always shown again before payment.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 12:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
- A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation terms are shown against the selected rate before payment is taken.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
- Non-refundable and promotional rates are marked as such at the time of booking.
Children and extra guests
- Children may share the room with parents using existing bedding, subject to occupancy limits.
- Extra beds are subject to availability and an additional charge.
- Occupancy above the stated maximum for a category cannot be accommodated.
On the property
- The restaurant is pure vegetarian; outside food and beverage policies are confirmed by the front desk.
- Please keep noise down in the room and cottage areas after 11:00 PM.
- Pet and event-specific permissions are confirmed by the resort in advance.
Privacy
- Guest details collected during booking or enquiry are used only to service that request.
- Payments are processed by the booking engine's payment gateway; card details are not stored by the resort.
